Agreement to these Terms

By creating an account, accessing Psyveda, or using any part of the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Psyveda.

What Psyveda provides

Psyveda is a self-development and reflection app that combines Vedic astrology, AI-generated interpretation, psychological reflection, and guided regulation tools.

Psyveda is designed for reflection, self-awareness, and personal growth. It is not intended to replace professional advice.

• Personality, Love, Money, Career, and Shadow interpretations
• Flow timelines based on Vedic timing systems
• Shadow pattern libraries
• Balance sessions for reflection and emotional regulation
• Saved session history
• Profile and birth data management
• AI-generated content and regeneration tools

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Psyveda.

If you are under the age of majority in your location, you may only use Psyveda with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By using Psyveda, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Your account

To use certain features of Psyveda, you may need to create an account or sign in using email, Google login, or another supported authentication method.

You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

• Provide accurate account information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Do not share your account with others
• Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission

Birth data and profile accuracy

Psyveda may ask you to provide your date of birth, time of birth, and birth location to generate your Vedic astrology chart, Flow timeline, and personalized insights.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. If your birth details are inaccurate, your results may also be inaccurate.

Psyveda may allow you to update your birth details and regenerate your insights. Regenerated content may differ from previous results.

AI-generated content

Psyveda uses AI-powered systems to generate personalized interpretations, reflections, and suggestions.

Psyveda does not guarantee any specific emotional, personal, spiritual, financial, romantic, or career outcome.

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation
• Similar inputs may produce different results
• AI-generated content should be used as a reflection tool, not as factual certainty
• You are responsible for how you interpret and apply the content

Balance sessions and reflection tools

The Balance feature is designed to help you slow down, reflect, organize your thoughts, and choose a steadier next step.

Balance sessions may include situation descriptions, selected shadow patterns, control/outside-control reflections, if-then plans, mood ratings, check-in results, saved reflections, and session history.

Balance is not a crisis service, therapy service, medical tool, or emergency support tool. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services or a trusted professional.

User content

You may enter, create, save, or generate content inside Psyveda, including reflections, custom shadows, session notes, and profile information.

You keep ownership of the personal content you submit to Psyveda. However, by using the app, you give us permission to process, store, display, and use that content as needed to provide and improve Psyveda.

• Do not submit content that violates any law
• Do not submit content that infringes someone else's rights
• Do not submit harmful, abusive, harassing, or hateful material
• Do not attempt to misuse, disrupt, or manipulate the app
• Do not submit malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising

Subscriptions, purchases, and payments

Psyveda may offer free features, paid plans, subscriptions, one-time purchases, or usage-based features.

Prices, features, limits, and billing periods may be shown at checkout or inside the app.

By purchasing a paid feature, you agree to pay the listed fees and any applicable taxes. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

We do not control third-party payment systems and are not responsible for their separate terms, policies, or processing errors.

App limits and feature availability

Some Psyveda features may have limits based on your plan, usage level, or account status.

We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. We may also update how features work, including AI generation, insight regeneration, session history, Flow timelines, and Shadow tools.

We do not guarantee that any feature will always be available or remain unchanged.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Psyveda for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Do not attempt to access another user's account
• Do not copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the app
• Do not interfere with the security or operation of Psyveda
• Do not use automated tools to overload or misuse the service
• Do not resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Psyveda without permission
• Do not use Psyveda to generate or distribute harmful content

Intellectual property

Psyveda, including its design, branding, text, software, features, layouts, generated structures, and visual identity, is owned by Veyha Labs LLC or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Psyveda without our written permission.

Your personal reflections remain yours, but the app, platform, systems, and original Psyveda content remain ours.

Third-party services

Psyveda may use third-party services for authentication, hosting, analytics, AI processing, payments, location search, or other app functions.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Veyha Labs LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

This includes damages related to use or inability to use Psyveda, reliance on AI-generated content, personal decisions made based on app content, loss of data, account access issues, third-party services, payment processing issues, app errors, or downtime.

Our total liability for any claim related to Psyveda will be limited to the amount you paid to use Psyveda in the previous 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Veyha Labs LLC from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of Psyveda, your violation of these Terms, your content, your violation of another person's rights, or your misuse of the app.

Account suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you violated these Terms, misused Psyveda, created risk for us, other users, or the app, if we are required to do so by law, or if continued access may harm the service.

You may stop using Psyveda at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Psyveda after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any disputes will be handled in the courts or dispute resolution forum located in Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
