Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing issues are handled for Psyveda, a self-reflection and psychological astrology app operated by Veyha Labs LLC.
Digital product policy
Psyveda provides digital content and app-based services, including AI-generated insights, Vedic astrology interpretations, Flow timelines, Shadow readings, Balance tools, and saved reflection features.
Because our products are digital and may be delivered immediately after purchase, some purchases may not be refundable once access has been granted, content has been unlocked, or AI-generated results have been delivered.
Subscriptions
If Psyveda offers paid subscriptions, your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, the app, or the payment provider used at checkout.
Canceling a subscription stops future billing. It does not automatically refund previous charges.
After cancellation, you may continue to access paid features until the end of your current billing period, unless otherwise stated in the app.
One-time unlocks
One-time purchases, such as unlocking a full Insight, Shadow reading, Flow feature, or other digital content, are generally non-refundable once the content has been unlocked, generated, or made available to your account.
This is because the service is delivered digitally and may involve immediate AI processing costs.
When refunds may be approved
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase
- You paid but did not receive access to the purchased feature
- A technical issue prevented delivery, and we were unable to resolve it
- A refund is required by applicable law
- A payment was made by mistake, and our records show that the purchased feature was not unlocked, generated, viewed, or otherwise used
When refunds may not be approved
- You changed your mind after using the paid feature
- You forgot to cancel before the renewal date
- You did not like or agree with an AI-generated interpretation
- You expected a specific personal, romantic, financial, spiritual, or career outcome
- You entered inaccurate birth data and received results based on that information
- You used the purchased feature, unlocked the content, or generated the reading
Birth data accuracy
Some Psyveda features rely on your date of birth, time of birth, and birth location.
You are responsible for entering accurate birth data. If incorrect information is entered, your generated results may be affected. Refunds are generally not provided for inaccurate results caused by incorrect user-provided information.
Where available, you may update your birth details and regenerate your insights according to your plan or feature access.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@veyhalabs.com.
Please include the email address linked to your Psyveda account, date of purchase, purchase type, reason for the refund request, and a screenshot or receipt if available.
Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of the charge.
We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days.
Processing time
If a refund is approved, it will usually be processed through the original payment method.
After approval, refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank, card provider, or payment processor.
Third-party payment providers
Payments may be processed by third-party providers.
If your purchase was made through a third-party provider, the refund may also be subject to that provider's refund rules, review process, and processing timeline.
Chargebacks
If you believe there is a billing issue, please contact us first so we can review and resolve the issue.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in temporary or permanent restriction of your Psyveda account while the dispute is reviewed.
Changes to this Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of Psyveda after the updated Refund Policy becomes effective means you accept the updated policy.
