When you use Psyveda, we may collect content you create or generate inside the app, including Personality, Love, Money, Career, and Shadow insights, Flow phase information, Balance session data, and custom shadows you create.

We may collect usage information such as pages or features used, session activity, feature limits and usage counts, device and browser information, error logs, and performance data.

If Psyveda offers paid plans, subscriptions, or one-time purchases, payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

AI-generated insights

Psyveda uses AI-powered systems to generate personalized interpretations based on the information you provide, including birth data and app inputs.

AI-generated content may include psychological, behavioral, astrological, or self-reflection insights. These insights are intended for self-development, reflection, and entertainment purposes only.

Psyveda does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, or professional advice. You should not use Psyveda as a substitute for licensed professional support.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate Psyveda, such as authentication providers, cloud hosting providers, database and storage providers, AI processing providers, analytics and performance tools, payment processors, and customer support tools.

We may also share information if required to comply with the law, protect the rights, safety, or security of users, Psyveda, or Veyha Labs LLC, prevent fraud or abuse, or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.

However, no online service can guarantee complete security. You are responsible for keeping your account login details safe and for using a secure device and network.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Psyveda.
